Good for you for giving it a go!
I have 2 older sisters that are professional seamstress. They made it look sooooo easy. So I decided to give it a go on the machines they were using. Whatever confidence I had in myself just flew out the window. LOL Straight line? I broke like 3 needles and the poor fabric I was practicing on looked so pitifully withered. hahaha

That was couple years ago and I thought maybe I just needed some human guidance. So I asked my sister to teach me and decided to buy my own sewing machine. A cheap one for beginners.

My goodness... The machine made a HUGE difference. I've done some practice runs on it and so far so good. This is going to be my first project!
