I would think socializing in your home with your vaccinated dog would be fine. At 11 weeks I would expect him to already have at least 2 vaccinations. Just monitor them at all times and separate when you are not watching until you are positive everyone gets along. Not too long ago someone posted about bringing in a small rescue dog that killed her tiny dog with one shake when she ran to answer a phone. I would not take him for walks and I guess theoretically if you walk your other dog he could bring in parvo so I would hold off on that. Also, stay away from petsmart and those places so you don't introduce parvo into his envronment on your shoes.
