In June my hubby and I are taking a 10 day vacation to Jamaica. Well Schatzie will stay with the breeder I got her from. She has not been back to her since the day we first adopted her.
Well, I figured it would possibly be too much stress to just DUMP her in June so wanted to have a few trial visits over night before hand to get her used to the breeder.
This Saturday am will be her first day and night there. Im a nervous wreck!!!!!!! I know Schatzie will spend most of her time in that big kennel of hers and Im not thrilled about it but even if I found a boarding facility it would be the same "kennel kept" situation. I am atleast hoping that Sandy/breeder takes the time to play and interact with Schatzie to comfort her.
Maybe I could attach a spy cam onto her harness, LOL!!
Anyway, Im just nervous but feel i am making the right choice in giving her some trial out days before June arrives. I just feel so bad that at night time Schatzie won't have me and my pillow to lay down with. Man! I feel guilty let me tell ya!!!!!
I will pick her up Sunday.
These will be the longest 24 hours ever!!! Wish us luck!
