No the yorkie doesn't have a collar. Roz is my sons 62 pound German pointer. He lives with us and goes on walks with us but isn't trained well at walks. I think maybe that Boncuk my yorkie was jealous of the attention the other dog was getting. And that's why he stopped walking but it's just a guess.
