Just wondering how many of you have pups that like to attack their bed like Lola does. Lola is toy crazy and will bury and drop her toys in all sorts of places. Her favorite place to hide her toy is driving me crazy, because it is destructive. She has a lot of plush type ring beds, plus some beds with a loose pillow, she will push the toy under the bed or under the pillow so the toy is covered. Then she stands on top of the bed and starts digging and scratching like a madman, then while standing on it, she grabs it with her mouth and starts trying to lift it up, which of course is hard, since she is standing on it, but she still manages to pull it up and down like in a frenzy, then she gets off it and starts dragging it around, then she flips it back over again. Once she gets in this mood I pick the bed up off the floor. If they have a nylon type bottom I have sometimes duck taped it back together, for beds with loose pillows I put Velcro on the pillow and the bed to keep her from tearing the pillow from the bed, but in time that comes loose. In fact right now she is sleeping on the back of one of her beds because she flipped it over and I have not bothered to turn it right side up..
I know puppies can be destructive with their beds and blankets, but Lola is about 4.5 years old, it's just her way of playing. So who else has a crazy dog that uses their bed like that
