The pic is just too small to see any detail or see if there is something actually wrong. You could try adding some oil to her diet....but I'd wait until she is adjusted to your home...you don't want to make any diet changes right away. I recommend either coconut oil or Ark Naturals Royal Coat. Oils can help add moisture to the skin.
