I like the carrier idea - and all my babies are brought to the vet this way. And yes even the large breed pups. It leaves my hands free and my doggies safe while I fill out the forms etc and wait in the waiting room.


My previous vet made a habit of wiping down the table in front of me, and of washing his hands prior to examining my dogs.


Your pup should be weighed and then you can ask questions about dosage for Beneadyrl and Nutrical or what-ever you wish to use in case of hypoglycemia. Make sure you know the signs of low blood sugar.
