Girl, it is NEVER too late to have a healthy eating lifestyle!!
If you haven't already, please start from the beginning and read the entire thread. All we ask is that you take this seriously, and truly apply what you read to your eating lifestyle. This may be a bit difficult if your mom is doing most of the cooking unless you can get her interested in eating healthy as well!
