If your pup who always goes outside suddenly pees inside its time for a vet check. A urinary tract infection could make them pee suddenly and often, they can test for it easily and treatment is usually antibiotics. Changes in household, and stress can trigger UTI's sometimes, sometimes it's just something they get. If you rule that out you may look at anything that's changed in your house, a new pet or person or even moving furniture can cause a dog to 'act out' this way. You may want to go back to crate training basics if he seems to be doing it on purpose. First check with the vet. They also have some medicines that help with incontinence in older dogs.
