I also thought of pancreatitis also! I checked into the vet, however they wouldn't see us. I only have two vet options unfortunely. I was told by one that they do emergencies only when and if it's convenient for Them! I wasn't too pleased! The other didn't seem concerned and asked that I give it 24 hours!

Does dogs with pancreatitis remain themself or have farting by any chance?

Aside from the farting and vomitting/diarrhea I would have never known he wasn't feeling well. He's been running around fetching his toys and jumping around. Drinking and begging for food. He was a little tired in the middle of the evening yesterday but we didn't sleep much, he took a nap and instantly perked up.
