Can I? Can I? I know we're coming into March, well past the "New Year Resolution" phase, but is it too late for me to join???
A little about myself:
I'm 27, still live at home with my parents and brother. My mom cooks most of the time. I'm not particularly overweight but will like to live a healthier lifestyle, i.e., more active, less snack.
I think this thread will definitely help me stay motivated!
