I always have my babies and mommas seen by our vet within 48 hours of whelping. I do not know if you have done a well baby check yet, but this is something you need to do......this issue does happen occasionally, from positioning in utero, you can get a leg or foot that will absolutely terrify you when they are born, but after birth, as the baby is out and moving around, stretching legs/feet, things will straighten out and it will be fine. Those tiny bones are like rubber and they can/will "get right" following birth. I have had that happen to me twice, litters were average size, and I was devastated with what I thought was going to be a deformed leg....my mentor calmed me and told me what I am telling you....chances are, it will straighten out with no residual problems or issues...it is probably positional.
