Please posts pics and the vet's diagnosis and suggestions for treatment so we can all learn something. Many times with an obvious visual birth defect there are other things wrong internally. A lot of times there is nothing you can do to make the foot normal, but the good news is that dogs do fine with three legs. I have to agree with the others that if anything can be done it needs to be done quickly.
