Yes, because there are no papers which means there is no guarantee that she is getting a Morkie. Do not Morkie breeders give papers (I don't know as I've never had one) and should they not give shots before release?
If papers are of no concern, a shelter will have tons of puppies who are smaller, come with shots, are spayed/neutered and won't charge you an outrageous price for a designer name. That was my point and that's how I meant it. . Apologies if it was construed differently as I can see how the comment could have been taken the wrong way.
