Doesn't mean you have to buy the puppy. You just one a list. Then usually you need to pick one in 6 weeks..Put a deposit.Then take them home in 12. That way if you decide you don't want one they can sell to someone who want it. That how I bought all mine. I know both parents before the dogs even born.
