Even 4/11 is too far away. I am glad your baby is feeling better now, but suspected diabetes is not trivial and if not diagnosed and treated could get serious. You say he had other issues as well including teeth cleaning, and these need attention.
Please get another vet, these long wait times are not right. What symptoms does a dog need for this vet to fit you in today or tomorrow?
My vet will always fit us in the same day or at least the next if my dog is sick.
