$350 sounds like the price from a byb for CA prices; esp with no papers or shots. Well a morkie wouldn't have papers anyway. At least not any that mean anything. In a pet shop a morkie would easily go for $1200 unfortunately. But at the shelter, as little as under $100. Rescues usually would be about $300-400 also, but most likely not a puppy.
To me sounds like a byb, so I would have to ask you, is that the type of person you want to support?
