Thank you for taking your pup to the vet and giving us the update. I had a foster that was surrendered from the original owner bc she left a UTI untreated, which turned into large multiple bladderstones. She lived like this for two years and the owner said she seemed fine and still plays but other than the blood in her urine seemed fine. Dogs instinctively hide their pain. Imagine living like this for two years. The largest of the stones was like the size of a chicken nugget I kid you not. And this yorkie was like 8 pounds, not huge at all. Thankfully we got her the surgery she needed.
