Hi everyone,

I thought it sounded like a great idea to train my puppy to ring the bell if she wants to go outside…she is inside and outside trained, but I'd like to get her to go outside except in extreme weather. So, I put the bell by the door..its the kind you put on the floor, cause its a sliding door…she immediately picked it up as a toy and started to play with it, lol. I put it back by the door and she hit it with her nose, so I opened the door (all excited )and said…good girl, go outside!! She did..then came in and rang it again I let her out….so now she has me totally trained!! haha. She's rang that bell 15 times in the last 1/2 hour, goes out..comes in..I guess its gonna be more of a toy then a helpful tool.
