If it is that big of a problem then look up what foods are good for a dog and feed them those. The vet has told me white rice, boiled chicken, oatmeal, plain yogurt. That kind of stuff and then mix their dog food in it and that way you are giving them some people food but they are getting their dog food too.

I give Teek a little tiny and I do mean tiny pieces of some of the stuff I eat, but only the things that are no so bad for a dog. I will give him a crumble of my hamburger patty, but I am talking like what would break off and fall on the floor when I bite it. I will give him a little tiny corner of a piece of bacon. This is like 1 thing per day kind of people food. He loves it and feels like he is so special and I am not making him fat by only giving him the slightest little taste of things. He loves veggies though and will eat veggies if I offer them to him. I have not found anything that he does not like however.
