Congratulations on your new pup!

I don't know that I would trust her in a new home. I put mine in a play pen while I'm away from home until they were trust worthy.

I just use a warm wash cloth to wash down my dogs' faces. Don't let those eye boogers stay. I have read some where that they are acidic and burn the skin.
