I'm no expert, but I have a three year old yorkie that has gone through a stage just like that. At first I thought it was the food that was making her sick, because she wasn't very hungry. I started noticing the day she ate at least a little twice a day, she
wouldn't throw up. I read somewhere that yellow vomit was vile because the stomach was so empty.
When I took her to the vet, I mentioned it and he said it was right. I'm not saying this is the answer but try making her eat a little twice a day.
