Yes, you should switch gradually. The adult version of the same brand is never exactly the same. Sometimes the main protein is completely different. I prefer to keep the same protein when switching food, but that is just my preference and not necessary. I usually take a week to switch over new foods. The back of the food bag will usually give some guidelines about how to switch.
