My Annie was only 3 pounds when I had her spayed. I know just how you feel. I asked the vet how he put such a small dog to sleep and he told me they use the same anesthetic that they use on 'premature' human babies. That made me feel a lot better!
I was still a nervous wreck and even though they wanted to keep her overnight, I refused and signed her out the same day. Spent 48 hours carrying her around just so she wouldn't jump or pull her stitches! (she just slept in my arms most of the time). She did really well and I can't even see where the stitches were now. Good thoughts for your little one! She will be fine.
