Baked salmon with butter, garlic, dill and lemon, steamed broccoli, green beans with onions, garlic and a little bit of bacon, baked sweet potatoes, steamed carrots with brown sugar and butter and seared baby scallops on a bed of butter fried garlic and onions. I also had a side salad with Bleu cheese, onions and tomatoes. Dessert was a croissant with Brie cheese, raspberries and a glass of red wine. Yum!
(In response to my high cholesterol I dodnt coat the salmon in mayonnaise- which is how I was taught by my father growing up and is amazingly delicious- I didn't put cheese on the broccoli and instead of a half package of bacon with the green beans I only used two pieces and just increased the onions and garlic. Baby steps here, just baby steps)
