good tip, another thing that just worked for me, is I bought a child spin brush, it hardly makes a noise, I can get it way in the back of her mouth and I let the vibrating motion do the brushing instead of me, in fact we just finished 10 min ago, she still does not like it but I think it's more effective than trying to hand brush, OH and LOL it's pink and has Barbie on it
