I agree that something may have happened that either scared or frightened her that even your cousin may not realize. I would have your cousin sit down with some treats and wait for your puppy to come to her. Your cousin can give her a treat and begin building a relationship again. If your cousin is afraid and jerks away, that will make nipping much worse. |
