Is his name Chewy? I hope it is short for Chewbacca! My Teek is named after an Ewok from Star Wars. We were looking for names and although a few were suggested, I even tried a few for a few hours to see how they sounded I wasn't getting one that stuck. My husband kept saying he looked like an Ewok so we got online and looked up Ewok names and found a list and Teek was on it, so he became Teek and he loved the name from the first time I said it to him and his ears perked right up and I had his attention in full. He learned his new name in 2 days and he has loved it every since.
