I work for a cruise line and they usually don't allow dogs. Cunard line does (Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth) but they are pricy, and you have to keep them in the kennel on board, not in your stateroom.
Good luck and happy vacationing though! I love to travel with mine and more places are becoming dog friendly.
