We started out with Bella in our bed the first night was great the second night she wouldnt settle so I put her in a crate, The next night she was willing to settle down and sleep.
The other problem we had off and on was her throwing up bile early in the morning , we gave her a bit of pepto the pink stuff and it settled her tummy and we would feed her some food right before bed. Their little tummy's are so small it just doesn't last the night and that may be whats happening with your wee one so thats a good idea to feed right before bed.
Bella is just over two now and wakes me between 8 and 830
