It's so interesting to see all these answers. I use to think that customer's liked a soft sided carrier better then a harder sided carrier but you guys are making me think differently. It really comes down to some people want structure, and others want real purses. Purses fall, that is what happens. It's hard to find the right mix of both. Kwigy-Bo Alex does that kind of I guess.
