I took him to the vet, and he is up to date on the shots they could give him. I have to go back next month for a follow up.
I have kept him on a leash while walking him. I am trying to let him know that we are good people. The only time he bites is when he has fallen asleep under my table. Maybe you are startling him awake? I would get him fix.
