Pic is bit out of focus so it's little hard to see but.... It looks like it's starting to bald... If you mentioned it to your vet and s/he didn't seem too concerned, keep an eye on the spot and see if it seems to be thinning more/less.
Just seems odd that the spot is on the head... |
