Good day all. Ellie was diagnosed with hypothyroid this past weekend. We were waiting last week for the blood test results. They did 2 tests to make sure before putting her on medication. She is now on Leventa 0.1 twice a day. Does anyone have experience with this medication and disease? She has gained so much weight, very sluggish and flaking skin. No hair loss or any of the other issues that are seen with this disease. I would just like some advice and what to expect once this medication starts working. Any help is greatly appreciated.
