Keep puppies' nails filed, trimming makes sharp little edges. If her skin is raw, you may want to gently rinse her undercarriage (love that!) and I have been know to use coconut oil on raw spots. Safe for puppies to ingest, soothing and antimicrobial.
Watch closely for hot, hard spots, too. My DD laughs at me for 'feeling up' my lactating girls daily.
