So sorry she is still not feeling well and in pain. I agree that if your existing vet does not look into this further and take blood tests etcetera, I would go to another vet.
It could be P as the symptoms seem variable, but it could also be something else that needs specific treatment. She may need pain and/ or anti nausea meds.
I am so sorry that you lost your job ...... and vet care is expensive, but if the issue is not speedily and accurately addressed it could be very bad for the dog and more expensive for you. I hope that you can get the funds together somehow to diagnose and treat your dog. Perhaps the vet could accept time payments or you could get Care Credit?
