Ah! But in one of the episode, Rick said "if not, we'll take it from them..." So I don't think he'll leave. If anything, I feel like he'll try to convince rest of "his family" to take over the community by force.
Other than Rick, I only see Sasha being somewhat unstable.
Glenn/Maggie and Michonne, I think they really want to make things work. But if push comes to shove and they have to chose between their family vs the community... I feel like they'd still chose their family.
