Love him and treat him well and he will adore you back I am sure.
Remember when you bring him home to set the rules, don't try to change them later. Get him into a routine as quick as you can.
Do you know how old he is? How old is your daughter? I am only asking to see how much of the responsibility of the dog she can take on.
We brush Teek's hair everyday, sometimes twice, but my 17 year old daughter and I enjoy it very much and Teek loves it.
