Default Pancreatitis?

So sorry to hear your poor baby is not feeling well. Usually the diagnosis includes blood testing as well as an exam and symptom check. I know that the cPL test can assist in the diagnosis and wonder why the vet did not do an office Snap cPL test at least?
When my dog had a mild Pancreatitis attack he had the office Snap test plus a CBC and urinalysis. Other diseases could also cause similar symptoms? But I guess your vet must have been confident of the diagnosis as he was treating it.
Usually a high fat diet can trigger an attack and part of the treatment is a Prescription Low Fat diet.
If she is not feeling better I would call the vet and get her in for another visit and perhaps get tests.
Hoping that she gets well soon. Please let us know how she is doing.
