My son is a health nut, and he's eaten some of the dehydrated snacks I've made for ZoE: chicken, sweet potato, banana, etc. He says they are good, but just very plain as they lack seasoning. I've dehydrated two trays in the same oven; one doctored with seasons for him, and a plain version for ZoE.
