I was nervously shopping to kill some time waiting, and SOOOO relieved when the vet called saying they all did perfect, and no extractions. They are soon turning 6 and 7, and this was their first dental, and I feel so lucky since I don't brush their teeth.
Thanks again for caring for my lil girls.... I'm going to go take a nap with them now. The vet said they will still be "out of it" somewhat for the rest of the day, and to only feed them 1/2 of their usual dinner, if they are interested at all. They whined lightly all the way home, but not once we got here. Ahhhh relief. |
Whew! That was triple the concern - can't help it but we are all "concerned" until we know these babies are awake from any procedure. I know you had to be tied in a knot but better to get it over with all at once than one at a time - that would just be asking too much. Put your feet up, snuggle those dear little babies tonight and enjoy the rest of your evening knowing it's all over with for another year.
