I posted a few weeks ago because Sadie was losing protein and had pleural effusion and a partially collapsed lung. Since then we've been to Auburn University Vet school three times. She has been diagnosed with lymphangiectasia. She has responded so well to the diet change alone that for now we don't have to put her on any meds! After two weeks on Royal Canine low fat prescription food her protein is borderline normal!! I am so happy for my strong little girl and I just wanted to share my good news. This diagnosis is very scary but not necessarily a death sentence!
