How big is it? Your breeder should have mentioned it to you, even if it is small, simply to keep you from "discovering it" and then worrying about it. If it is small, it will more than likely close....babys skull is still growing and those little ones will close....no big deal, nothing to worry about. If it is the size of a dime, you should contact the breeder about that! That is a little large and some cause for concern....watch baby closely....this is like the "soft spot" on a human baby's head....it CAN be a concern for hydrocephalus.....that may never happen in your pup...buldging eyes and a dome shaped head accompanied by an open fontanelle, really bears watching....

If your breeder is reputable, and she failed to mention it, then it is probably small and of no concern....she was not impressed and saw no issue with it and just neglected to mention it....not really a big deal.
