This absolutely falls under the Postal Inspector jurisdiction. They have the authority (they are on the federal level) to investigate, serve warrants and arrest people for wire fraud. They carry guns!. If you ares serious about wanting to get your money back and trying to prevent this from happening to other people then you need to do something besides post here. Don't let those A$$holes get away with this !
