My pup had kennel cough, not from the vaccine mind you (I have opted out of vaccinating her against it for fear she gets it again) for about 12 weeks in total! She was so poorly. Some dogs get over it in 3 weeks though.
We had all different types of antibiotics and nothing really helped it just had to run it's course. If the coughing is really bad some honey will soothe their throat, and steaming (in the bathroom with shower on jot) for about 15 mins at a time helped Poppy. |
