This is so terrible! I will never understand how people can be so cruel to such defenseless and trusting animals!
While it would be great for them to catch these people, it is sad to say that the punishments, while getting harsher, are not anywhere harsh enough.
Boy would I love to open my own court house for animal cruelty!!!
