Default Open Fontanelle in 20 week yorkie

Good evening, I have a previous yorkie named Lucy. She is 20 weeks old today and we saw a new vet that was closer to our home. She mentioned that she has a small open Fontanelle and with her being 20 weeks we need to watch her closely to see if it closes. She didn't seem too worried but I came home and googled and became concerned about the potential health risks. I bought her from what I thought was a reputable breeder and spent quite a bit for her. There's a one year health guarantee for genetic defects. The first vet we saw never mentioned this. I am very worried and would appreciate any advice! She is playful and growing well. She's super playful and I've seen her bump her head which scares me now that I read about it online. Is there a chance it will close? Should I contact the breeder? I brought her home at 13 weeks so the breeder should have been aware of this before selling her. Thank you!!
