i actually had to switch snickers from eukanuba for itching... it has corn in it and alot of puppies (so i have heard) have trouble with this food and allergies... the most hypo-allergenic food (or so i am told) is Nutro...
since we have switched her she almost never scratches and her skin/coat looks better...
as far as the dry skin people on here have told me try an oatmeal shampoo
and roya treatmeant honey oatmeal shampoo/conditioner has been recommended several times on here
i will be trying it but havent as of yet so i cant give you results but if you do a forum search on here it will pull up....
