I am so sorry that happened to you. As soon as you said MoneyGram it raised all sorts of red flags for everyone here. Mostly because a lot of us have seen it happen to many times before. I had heard of that for a very long time even before I came on here.
I hope that you do find your dream puppy very soon. That is a lot of money to be out.
Save up and hopefully you will find exactly what you are looking for, or maybe like me, it will find you when you are least expecting it. I would look into Yorkie rescue groups and see if you can't find a good Yorkie that way.
