was hoping the OP saw the replies before sending the money off. Please don't EVEhR send money to someone through moneygram/western union/etc for a service or product. Especially a puppy you have never seen. Go by breeder referrals, Always see the puppy in person(how else will you know you're compatible?), concerned breeders usually(always in my case) want to meet you before letting one of their puppies go. Visiting the YTCA website as a guideline is an immense help! Your puppies breeder may not be a member of YTCA, but if they are adhering to the majority of the guidelines you may be able to save a lot of money and other resources in the future. I also think there's an Ethical Hobby Breeder club as well.
